Failed Credit Cards

If you signed up through our online system, and put your billing information in for monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, or yearly, we will attempt to charge your card for a maximum of 10 times. You will receive an email at the email address you used when starting the billing informing you that it has failed which will provide you with a link to change the credit card on file. After 10 attempts the billing will be cancelled and the account will be suspended. Once suspended you will need to contact our billing department to setup a new payment arrangement. Accounts suspended for more than 30 days will be terminated.
