Checking Paravel Mail with Gmail Print

Gmail is a free, advertising-supported email service provided by Google. This article is provided as a courtesy to Paravel Solutions customers. 1. Log into your Gmail account.

2. In the top right hand corner, select the settings icon and select "Settings".

3. Next, click the "Accounts and Import" tab.

4. Now, click the "Add a POP3 mail account you own" link.

5. Enter your Paravel Solutions email address and click "Next Step".

6. On the next screen, enter your email address again in the box that says "Username". Enter your password. In the POP Server box, enter your server address from your mail settings information. This may be www.paravelsolutions.com, mail.yourdomain.com, or another address. If you are not sure what your address should be, please contact support.

7. Now to set your Gmail account so you can send emails from your Paravel Address from within Gmail, click Yes, and Next Step.

8. Enter your name as you would like it to appear in your send emails.

9. Enter your SMTP mail server settings. Be sure to set the port to 465 and use the SSL connection. The Username and Password are your same email address and password from the previous steps.

10. Gmail will send you an email with a verification code. Enter that code and select Verify.

Congratulations! The mail for your Paravel Solutions email account will now appear in your normal Gmail inbox.
